Kelsey Wells and GenerationAll invite you to an exclusive retreat nestled in the heart of Montana’s breathtaking Sapphire Mountains — on a privately owned, 34,540-acre working ranch where scenes from Paramount’s hit series Yellowstone were filmed. As summer fades into fall, the landscape ignites with color, creating the perfect backdrop for a long weekend of movement, connection, and self-celebration.
From September 25–28, join Kelsey for a luxury wellness escape rooted in her Redefine Fitness philosophy. Every moment of the retreat — from movement rooted in mindfulness, meditations, and immersive workshops to fireside chats, an epic girls night, and all kinds of outdoor activities — is intentionally designed to help you reconnect with yourself, your strength, and your joy.
Whether you're traveling solo or with a group, you'll be welcomed into a warm, supportive circle of like-minded souls. There’s no better place to breathe deeply, recharge, form meaningful connections — and come home to yourself.
Even more meaningful? The majority of proceeds from this retreat will be donated to GenerationAll, a nonprofit dedicated to breaking the cycle of generational trauma caused by sexual violence. By investing in yourself, you're helping make healing possible for others, too.
Your Redefine Fitness Retreat experience includes everything you need to relax, reconnect, and feel truly taken care of:
To help you plan ahead, here’s what’s not included in your retreat package:
This retreat is hosted at the stunning Shining Mountain Ranch — one of the top working ranches in the country, located in the Sapphire Mountain range near the rugged Bitterroot Mountains of Western Montana. Spanning 34,540 acres, the ranch is home to postcard-worthy views, rich wildlife, and historic charm — and this ranch is not open to the public.
While most of Paramount’s Yellowstone was filmed nearby at Chief Joseph Ranch, several scenes from seasons four and five were shot at Shining Mountain Ranch itself — both at the main lodge and surrounding locations on the property.
The ranch features a collection of beautifully restored historic cabins, some originally built by Montana homesteaders in the late 1800s and early 1900s. The crown jewel of the property? The Shiny Mountain Lodge — a nearly 11,000-square-foot architectural masterpiece that rivals some of the great lodges of the West.
This location is more than a setting — it’s part of the experience. A place where you can breathe deeply, move mindfully, and return home transformed.
This retreat is about more than movement — it’s about meaning. The majority of proceeds from the Redefine Fitness Retreat will be donated to GenerationAll, a nonprofit born from one family’s courageous fight to heal after generations of trauma caused by sexual violence.
Founded in honor of Valarie Miller, whose story of abuse and systemic failure sparked a movement, GenerationAll is dedicated to breaking the cycle of generational trauma and supporting women and families impacted by sexual violence.
By joining us, you’re not only investing in your own healing — you’re helping create lasting change for others, too.

Yes! Many of our retreat guests attend solo. This retreat is designed to foster connection and community — you won’t feel alone from the moment you arrive.
Of course! If you’d like to share a room, look for "Shared" room options when booking. You and your friend can select the same room type, and you'll be prompted to provide each other's names during checkout.
Shared room options are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. We'll do our best to honor all roommate requests.
We recommend packing light layers you can add or remove throughout the day — think breathable activewear, cozy knits, and a warm jacket for mornings and evenings. Don’t forget:
In late September, temperatures in the Bitterroot Mountains of Western Montana typically range from 50°F to 85°F. Fall in this region is generally mild and pleasant, with warm, dry days and cooler evenings. While September usually brings beautiful weather, it also marks the beginning of seasonal shifts — so layering is key as early hints of winter can sometimes arrive by late fall.
